| Oswi.net has added a Snow Cat to our fleet to provide 24/7 access to all of our sites in Southern California. Due to recent problems caused by Edison power line trouble and the inability of Edison to quickly procure and relocate a snow cat to the affected power line area Oswi.net has taken the initiative to make a Snow Cat available locally at our facility to assist in the future with transporting Edison staff and sub-contractors to quickly repair the power lines during weather delaying events. Additionally Oswi.net is the only known wireless provider in Southern California to own and operate a Snow Cat in it's fleet. |

| Oswi.net has started building WiFi coverage in Southern California. We have constructed Hot Spots in many areas througout the region and now have coverage at French Valley Airport. Users can stop by near the airport and connect to our WiFi HotSpot and buy internet time on a credit card anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 month and this time can be used at any Oswi.net HotSpot. All HotSpot system id's are named Oswi.net and Gotwifi.com along with many other names you can associate to. |

| Due to volume discounts OSWI has been able to negotiate better pricing with Level 3 our tier 1 provider of bandwidth. OSWI has decided to pass on the savings and offer all new lower pricing on all plans. We have also eliminated the tiered pricing structure for 1,2, and 3 year plans and are now only applying the tiering to cost of installation. We have increased the public usable ip addresses to five per business plan. |
